Yes. Rodent bait goes in lockable, tamper-resistant stations placed out of reach, and we use traps where poison isn’t appropriate. Insect treatments are targeted, and treated areas are usually safe to use again once dry, typically after a few hours. We talk you through every precaution before we start.
It depends on the pest. Most rat jobs are clear within two to three weeks over two or three visits, and bedbugs usually need two visits about two weeks apart. We keep monitoring and come back until there are no fresh signs of activity.
Our work is guaranteed. If pests return within 30 days, we treat again free of charge. We also seal entry points and give prevention advice so they are less likely to return.
